Really tasty, works great in a cup with a blender ball or into a smoothie, wish it wasn't so expensive. I usually feel better taking it than I do without, but kinda hard to definitively say if supplements do much on yourself, can't be my own control group haha
I am started to notice that some of these reviews are for different vitamin tubs from the same company.my review is based on the Pinapple lemongrass flavor: multi-vitamin. i started taking for two weeks daily. i am not a breakfast person so i drink this and about 16oz of water for breakfast and i do not get nauseas. This powder is great if you are like me because vitamin pills have to be combined with food otherwise i get nauseas. reading on other reviews it mention they saw a difference in acne. i have acne prone skin and will be updating with picture once i finish the tub.
I buy this for my son-in-law who has lupus and he is very, very happy with it. I have it on a monthly subscription basis for him. He says it makes him feel like superman. Lupus is an awful thing to deal with so I recommend anyone with lupus try this product.
I don't usually write reviews but when I started my fitness journey almost 3 years ago, I started taking multivitamin pills because I knew I wasn't consuming everything that should've been in my meal preps. Throughout countless products I've used, I always ending up peeing MTN Dew Yellow and I read that that's the nutrients that my body couldn't absorb.I came across Amazing Grass products and omg they're life changing! My body's actually absorbing the nutrients because it's in powdered form and the gets digestested normally. I've tried the Multivitamin and the Immunity one and I've noticed I get sick a lot less and the duration of when I am is shortened. This is definitely worth buying.
Pros: pleasant natural pineapple juice taste, good vitamin profile, not gritty, ethical company, veganCons: requires stirring several times while drinking, a bit priceyBottom line:I recommend the lemongrass pineapple vitamin formula. I’m using it as an emergency backup I’m case someone in the family gets sick, but it would work nicely in any number of fruit-based smoothies too. Highly recommended.Update: I mix this with Thorne Mediclear, a splash of juice, and water for a meal replacement drink. It also is delicious in a smoothie with a banana, splash of orange juice and ice.
